Hints of Creme Brule and clean mineral notes play nicely with a chorus of ripe fruit from our vineyards to you.

Our Brutocao classic Chardonnay has the best of both worlds: 80% tank fermented to keep the wine crisp, with pear and green apple aromas and to preserve an edge of minerality, 20% barrel fermented for lush tropical fruit, oak notes and rich mouth feel. Both lots were sur lie aged in barrel for10 months and then blended together to bring the complex flavors and aromas of our Bliss Vineyard to a harmonious sensation in your glass.
