Terms and conditions: Void
where prohibited. Wine
can only be sold in states that have passed reciprocal
shipping legislation, and further restrictions and
limitations may apply. The winery makes no claim
as to the accuracy of the current status of reciprocity
for any state, and may refuse to ship wine
to any state at any time for any reason. Interested
persons should contact their state's alcohol regulatory
department before placing an order for current
laws and regulations on purchasing and importing
wine into their state.
Must be 21 years of age to be a member
of a wine club and/or receive shipments of wine. Sales
of alcohol are made only to persons aged 21
or older. In submitting an order the buyer is representing
to the winery that the buyer is at least 21 years old.
False representation of age by a buyer or person receiving
shipments will be referred to local law enforcement
agencies for prosecution.
The buyer understands that, upon submission
of their credit card information for membership, their
credit card will be billed automatically prior to scheduled
wine club shipments. A buyer's credit card will be
billed for the cost of the wine and/or specified products,
any applicable taxes, delivery and handling charges
corresponding to club shipments and/or buyer authorized
orders. In areas where the direct shipment of alcoholic
beverages is restricted or prohibited, wine club members
are entitled to membership benefits but, regrettably, no direct
shipments of wine.
Pricing and availability subject to change.
In the event of pricing discrepancies, our Tasting
Room's retail price is final. When permissible, returned
merchandise will be credited to the buyer's credit
card account excluding any delivery and handling charges
incurred.
When wines are sold, title of goods passes
to the buyer within the State of California. The winery
makes no representation as to the legal rights of the
buyer to ship or import wine into any state outside
of California. The buyer is solely responsible for
the shipment of wine. By placing an order, the buyer
authorizes the winery to act on the buyer's behalf
to engage a common carrier for delivery to the buyer's
destination. When delivery of alcoholic beverages is
made, the person receiving the shipment must show identification
to the common carrier as proof of age 21 or older before
receipt of goods. It is recommended that, to minimize
risk of damaged goods or minors receiving shipments,
deliveries be made to a business address.
Government Warning: (1)

machinery, and may cause health problems.
Proposition 65 Warning: Drinking
distilled spirits, beer, coolers, wine and other alcoholic
beverages may increase cancer risk, and during pregnancy,
can cause birth defects.
