This building was the original Hopland High School from 1922 to 1963. The Brutocao family has dedicated this building to their father, Leonard Brutocao, in honor of his beautiful design, remodel and historical preservation of the building in 1998. It includes the Brutocao Cellars Tasting Room and the Crushed Grape Restaurant. The following rooms are available for rental in this building:

Six authentic championship Bocce Ball courts are available for a quick lesson and team building tournament followed by a picnic or BBQ. The inclusive outdoor Patio Pavilion has all the amenities for a festive event.
