Originally built in 1941, this was the gymnasium for the Hopland High School.
It was re-named in honor of Albert Brutocao, manager and partner of Brutocao
Vineyards
who passed away in 1989. This building houses small specialty shops and offices
on the first floor and the following rental facilities on the second floor:
Bliss Room
A large function room used for indoor weddings, receptions, conferences, exhibits,
seminars, company parties, and dances. The Bliss Room features vaulted ceilings,
Tuscan-style decor, large picture windows and a deck that overlooks lush
hillsides and forested peaks. An adjoining bar and lounge with a prep/warming
kitchen make food and beverage service convenient.
The Zinfandel Room
The flexible Zinfandel Room adjacent to the Bliss Room accommodates meetings
and conferences for up to 30 people.
